To be an effective PCBU you MUST make sure you have taken all reasonable practical steps and can use the PLAN-DO-CHECK-ACT approach to assess, manage and monitor work risks. Thinking about your work activities with your workers, identify what could harm the health or safety of workers or other people (e.g. visitors, contractors & bystanders).
